What kind of pets do you own?

I own 2 parrots....and boy can they get overly loud sometimes, but I can't imagine the house without them!

And a pain in the butt, poodle/sheepdog type.

LOL. I've always wanted a parrot...and bunch of other animals lol

We have 2 cats...one part tabby part maine coon...something like that and he's like the king of the house...and it scared of thunder and chases butterflies...hes not very graceful lol. His name is Dallas and he gets mad when we call him Salad (his name backwards)

My other cat (KC - see the football name theme going here? lol) is a little black kitty...weighs less than a pillow lol. and is the hunter of the family...she kills these little mice and brings them to the door...we made the mistake once and got a kity door...she brought them in alive.

And just recently we got a little puppy. She is part Australian Shepherd, Sheltie, and maybe Beagle. My mom works at a pet store and I've always wanted a dog. We were looking all over the place trying to find a good small dog...not big, just little. Well, these kids come in on Thursday with this puppy and trying to get people to take it. So my mom calls my dad to come get it...she;s the cutest thing ever! We named her Sydney cuz shes part australian shepherd...shes only 7 weeks old so shes still learning not to bite and stuff

Well I see I am among animal lovers. I seen pictures of sisters amazing parrots...beautiful

As for me I have 1 cat, 2 kittens, 2 dogs(boxer named Kai...means willow tree chinese and a Bassethound named Henry...just because.) 1 fish a male beta named wendall after my son cause he gave him to me.

We love animals around here.

After I took that pic with my phone I realized she shoved her arm through her collar...lol so that's why it looks kinda weird.

I taught my parrot how to do trapeze. So when I say it, she climbs to the top of her cage and hangs upside down with 1 foot.

She pets her own head too. When I run my hand through my hair and say...."So pretty" she does it too.

I was mad when I saw Sydney when my dad first brought her home...not because we adopted her (I was overjoyed) but thinking of what kind of heartless person would abandon a little puppy like her...it makes me mad going to shelters because people just abandon dogs and sometimes cats...I just wanna take them all lol :cat:

ya know what is really sad? Herei n Greece you either love animals, or you don't. People abandon their cats and dogs on the street at an unbelievable number! The vets and kind people, from their hearts hit the streets to feed, vaccinate and sterilize the animals. The big thing is people putting poison out to kill the strays, and it infuriates us who care, and do what we can. We have taken care of numerous strays here.

Our cat, (Who ran away 2 months ago from my middle childs b-day party and we haven't seen him since.... ) we saved from the street. He was bone...had water diarhhea for over a week. The vet said if he livefd it would be a miracle and he'd give me a job. lol. Well he lived....but now, we think he must have gotten hit by a car or bus. I miss him so much!

When my aunt and uncle were living with us a few years ago, they had these two kitties...and one of them looked EXACTLY like the cat across the street...well, one day the identical cat ran away...for like a week or two...and we even put signs up (which scared the people across the street...) And one night at like midnight my aunt and uncle were outside in the front yard and she just walked right up to them...she looked the same as she did before!!

One cat we used to have (Riker) was just the most unique cat ever. He would do this sucking thing on people's chins...it was so cute!! But 3 years ago about 2 days before Christmas someone ran over him....we cried for days

OMG! Gorgeous bird!!!

For the life of me, I can not find a picture on line that looks like her. She must be some strange breed. I don't even know the name in Greek to look up on the Google.gr.

Anyways, this is the closest I could find....but she has a lot more green and iridescent hues. The blues and purples under her tail feathers are incredible! But, she hates hands. I mean HATES them, so she is just our little pretty trophy girl. lol.

No, Thank God, they sleep at night! But they rise when the sun comes up so we have to keep the outside balcony doors shut, so it appears dark until we get up! lol Then it's sqwak sqwak Peep Peep, talky talk! lol

HEY!!!! I saw it on preview....now it's not showing up.....but she's GORGEOUS!!!!!

we taught our grey "Maow Planktin" from Sponge Bob a while back and now she constantly says "Mauw, Mauw, Mauw" Etc. It is sooooo cute. Well, she just did a bunch of mauws and then did an enormous burp sound afterwards. I LOVE MY BIRD!!!!!
