Re: Hello From TrikkeDaddy
Thanks Debbie, kind of following you guys! :0) I am feeling much better being around more positive minded people. My wife will be following me too and wants so much to grow as a Christian. It's hard when you have a tough background but she can do whatever she puts her mind toward.
Re: Hello From TrikkeDaddy
Well you guys found the right places for positive people! We all have our pasts....and look forward to our future!!!! Through HIM, ALL things are possible!!!!
Re: Hello From TrikkeDaddy
I am so sorry people don't get that! You don't find happiness alone in things like sports, music, video games, or even what I love, Trikking, but learning how to put God first and direct our lives, then tell others, and gain strength from like-minded people like we are doing. So glad to be here!
Re: Hello From TrikkeDaddy
Thanks for the info! I will look into it as soon as I can. Roads are not so smooth here, in fact many are dirt roads where we live....but that's ok...Where there is a will, there is a way!
Re: Hello From TrikkeDaddy
You will Definitely get attention, and can use that to get into conversations with people about healthy living, especially being a Christian!
For information and to see if you can get a test drive, go to www.trikketalk.com and look around. It is very good for info an finding other Trikkers, but my site is more open and expressive, family friendly. Tried to ask them to have a seperate area to speak about religion, they didn't think it fit. I asked them to come to my favorite men's retreat here in NY, NJ,PA, CT area at www.cocmensretreat.com (I'm in photo gallery!) where many of the men that saw me wanted to know about Trikkes. They don't understand Christians love taking care of the temple and doing wholesome things with others. They weren't interested. So, I went my own way, glad I did. One day they will see I was on to something.
